It is always better to contact the original artists of the tunes that you want to use. It might be not easy but you could give it a try.
You can find more informations when you click on the Track/Tune Info in your music player (XMPlay, WinAmp). Taking 'FFF - Ford Racing 3 Engine Unlocker intro' as an example:  We can see dualtrax and arachno. Very well known chiptune artists.
